What is Barre Fusion? NEW to MINT, learn elements of Ballet, while improving body alignment with modern exercises!
With Barre Fusion, focus on the body’s ability to lengthen against gravity and apply functional exercises for all levels of students. You do not have to be a classically-trained dancer to appreciate the movement of vertical training for stronger arms, legs, and butt!

Intensity Training
Group Cardio Training led by MINT’s own private trainers. Each week this class targets a different muscle group with intensity and specific focus.
Bootcamp
This vigorous, military-style training class offers non-stop cardio and total-body resistance challenge through a fast-paced series of drills focused on calisthenics, core strengthening, resistance, and cardio training. Get ready to have fun, sweat, and get in awesome shape!
Core Focus
This 20 min class focuses on your core – your abs, obliques, and mid/lower back. Core strength is essential for gaining better posture and stabilization during your every-day movements.
Cycle
The ultimate low-impact, high-intensity cardiovascular workout. Even the most avid of cyclists can benefit from this intense cycling program, which is always to the tune of high-energy, motivational music.
Circuit Training
This fun, fast-paced total body workout blends the benefits of strength training with aerobic exercise.
Express Jump Rope
Take advantage of this 30-minute power-packed, cardio-blasting workout that shows you exactly how jumping rope can bring some EXTREME to your routines.
Floor Barre
This class teaches proper body alignment and correct muscle usage as well as toning the abs, thighs, and buttocks. Floor barre is appropriate for everyone, including people recovering from injuries, who want to increase strength and gain a better understanding of body mechanics.
Kickboxing
An intense overall body conditioning class derived from many forms of martial arts, that will challenge and improve your core strength, fitness coordination, balance and strength while burning fat.
Plyometrics
A mid to high-impact method of exercise comprised of an explosive shortening and lengthening of lower body muscle groups. Plyometrics is especially recommended for members interested in sport-specific agility.
Stretch and Align
Based on yoga and physical therapy exercises, this class develops flexibility and correct alignment. By breathing deeply while holding the positions, participants can improve posture, reduce muscle soreness, enhance blood circulation, and relieve stress.
TRX Bootcamp
Developed by U.S Navy Seals, the TRX uses suspension training to leverage bodyweight and build power, strength, flexibility, and mobility. This class combines functional TRX training, as well as extreme strength and cardio circuits.
X-Factor
“X-Factor” is a fun blend of strength, cardio and cycle training. Along with sports specific movements, there will always be the X-Factor…something new and unexpected that keeps you challenged and insures you finish class with a sweat!
Zumba
ZUMBA is a dynamic and exciting fitness program based on Latin and International music and dance steps creating a fun and challenging cardio workout for all fitness levels. Zumba is fun, easy to learn and gives you a great workout without it feeling like one.
MINT Run Club
Join local elite runner Steve Hallinan for a lunchtime run around Washington DC! Most runs between 3-6 miles and on the National Mall. Rain or shine.
