Please contact Client Services via telephone at 202.328.MINT (6468) during daytime hours Monday thru Friday to request any changes to your membership account.

Appointment Policies

  • MINT requires the following notices for appointment cancellation. If notice is received inside of these times, the service will be charged a session against the pre-purchased package, or credit card on file. Notice of cancellation must be made to the club via telephone or in person.
  • Private Training appointment change-12 hours notice
  • The SPA at MINT appointment change-24 hours notice
  • Pilates appointment change- 24 hours notice
  • Nutrition appointment change-24 hours notice
  • Physical Therapy appointment change- 24 hours notice
