- MINT is a retreat environment; please show consideration for both yourself and others. Please do not use raised voices or inappropriate language. Any distracting, uncharitable, or disruptive actions are cause for dismissal without refund of dues, past or future.
- We ask that everyone SWITCH OFF THEIR CELL PHONE. Cell phones, text messaging devices, or cameras may not be accessed anywhere in the club except the front lounge.
- Phones ringing inside lockers will be removed by management.
- Outside Instruction/Personal Training is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Instruction or training is permitted only from MINT Certified Instructors/Trainers.
- Photography is strictly prohibited on MINT premises without expressed written consent from the Marketing Director or owners.
- MINT reserves the right to alter the facility, equipment, and services at any time at the club’s sole discretion.
- For your security, multiple digital cameras are recording throughout the main areas of the club.
