Kendra Lewis

Kendra Lewis is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who developed her passion for sports and fitness through playing soccer since childhood. Kendra’s specific area of expertise includes sports-specific training for a variety of athletes from multiple sports. Her philosophy is that fitness is always made more fun by relating it to a sport that someone has played or is interested in.  She thoroughly enjoys helping everyone go above and beyond what they think they can do and help them in reaching their full potential.  Kendra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
