MINT's yoga program is designed with MINT members in mind. Our yoga classes and workshops are intended to build strength, and cultivate an uplifting, welcoming environment.
Yoga Classes & Workshops
At MINT you will feel comfortable experiencing yoga for the first time, taking your yoga practice to the next level or mixing up your routine with one of the many fun variations we offer. As a member at MINT you’re welcome to participate in any group class, schedules are updated online for both MINT Dupont and MINT Downtown.

This alignment-focused class is perfect for those who are brand new to yoga, or who want an emphasis on the details of their practice. The practice will include poses that build strength, cultivate balance, and increase flexibility, while also educating students about the general philosophy of yoga and introducing breathing exercises for stress reduction and relaxation.
Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
Vinyasa is sometimes considered movement meditation and is known for linking one posture to another with breathing. Using sun salutations as the base of practice, our instructors will lead you through a range of postures designed to help you find your “edge” — the place where you feel challenged but not in any pain. Flow classes focus on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment as well as strength and flexibility.
Learn the Foundations of Yoga necessary to take your practice to a more advanced level and to enhance the spirit and beauty of the inner heart. The class will combine strong body alignment principles, some vinyasa flow, breathing practices and mediation that will challenge any level of student.
Flow and Restore Yoga
Invite balance and well-being into your body with Flow & Restore Yoga, a 90-minute all-levels yoga practice that balances a moderately-paced alignment-based Vinyasa flow with restorative postures and meditation.
