To kick-start your yoga practice, learn the basics at your own pace or to take it to the next level, our instructors offer Private Yoga sessions that are centered on your capabilities.
This one-on-one practice will allow you to find your body’s precise alignment, rehabilitate new and old injuries, develop your own daily practice and discover how to heal yourself and stay healthy.
A private yoga session is a great way to bring yourself up to speed on the many styles of yoga and best practices within the exercise.
