How has your experience been with MINT?
Fantastic! I finally found a gym that keeps me motivated and coming back for more! All around, I find the facilities, programs, staff, and quality of instruction to be top notch.
Fitness goals and how you have started working your way towards them?
Since joining Mint a little over a year ago, I’ve become visibly both leaner and stronger. I’m regularly surprised and motivated by the progress.
Classes you like?
Both Flex and Power Playground – through these classes the training remains fun while delivering results! Largely because of the classes I consistently make it to the gym at least four times a week. Coming to the gym has become something I look forward to throughout my day.

How has your experience been with MINT?
Choosing MINT as my gym in dc has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The staff, trainers, and overall community is so welcoming and encouraging. I always come in feeling motivated and ready to tackle my workout.
What are your fitness goals and how you have started working your way towards them?
I came in not knowing much about weightlifting. My goal from the beginning was to learn proper techniques, build up strength and slowly develop bigger muscles all around. I immediately signed up for a personal trainer and have seen amazing results with Enrique these past 3 months. I can see the changes and want to continue my fitness journey.
Can you describe what your experience has been like working with a MINT personal trainer?
Transformational! I started working with Enrique right at the beginning of my time with MINT this past January. Over these past 3 months, he’s pushed me to become a better version of myself. I always enjoy getting his feedback, his creative workouts, chatting with him, and we’ve actually developed a friendship along the way. He’s committed and focused on helping his clients and I’m so thankful he’s my trainer.
What classes do you like?
I love, love, LOVE the FLEX class! Especially when I can attend Braegan’s class! She’s also so motivating and I love her workouts. I always feel like I’m getting a solid full body workout with FLEX.
