Meet Mary Love, our MINT Member of the Month
How has your experience been with MINT?
My experience with MINT has been great. The most important part of a gym membership for me are the classes offered, and the MINT has exceeded every expectation with the variety of classes available. The amenities are also a great perk.
Fitness goals and how you have started working your way towards them?
My main fitness goals are to improve my cardio stamina and just stay active. A few years ago, I attended my first spin class at the MINT and now I try to get to at least a few classes a week. I’ve noticed a difference in my endurance, which has made me more confident to try new classes that I always thought may be too difficult for me. To stay active, I try to get to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and take long walks with my dog when I can’t.
Classes you like?
My weeks are not complete without attending at least one RhythmRide (with Ori if possible!). I also really like MINT’s barre, TRX Bootcamp, and Fuse classes.
